was taken)?

Here’s my side first. A total of 23 ancestors.
Parents: William Joseph Hork & Lela Nell
Johnston. I have lots of photos of my parents as children, young adults, and as
a family.
Paternal grandparents: William Cyril Hork & Anna Marie
Sullivan (Nana). I have some photos of young Cyril Hork and lots of Anna as a
young girl and older adult.
Maternal grandparents: Tom J Johnston & Pansy
Louise Lancaster (Mam-ma): one shot of Tom as a child, lots of photos as
adults.
Paternal Great-grandparents: Johan Anton Hork &
Julia Ann Sievert. None for Anton, a few for Julia.
Paternal Great-grandparents: John H. Sullivan &
Anna Marie Gleeson. Two for Anna as a young woman, one of John as an older man.
Maternal Great-grandparents: Thomas Newton Johnston
& Nell L Hutson. One of Nell as a young woman, one of Tom as an older man.
Maternal Great-grandparents: George Warren Lancaster
& Lela Ann Loveless. One of Lela as a young girl. Several of both of them
as adults.
Paternal Great-great-grandparents: John Gleeson &
Margaret Tierney. Both young and as older adults.
Maternal Great-great-grandparents: Rueben M Johnston
& Olivia Jane Jones. One photo.
Maternal Great-great-grandparents: William Carl
Lancaster & Martha Jane Coor. One photo as older adults.
Maternal Great-great-grandparents: Ebenezer Loveless & Eliza A Rodgers.
One as a couple.
Paternal 3X-great-grandparents: John Tierney &
Ann Murray. A photo as young couple and a photo as older adults.
My husband’s side. 14 total.
Parents: George J Gorrell & Thelma M Nilsen. Lots
of photos.
Paternal grandparents: Joseph Norman Gorrell &
Matilda Pearl Davey. Photos as a young couple and older couple.
Maternal grandparents: Nils Arthur Nilsen & Agnes
Hilma Lundquist. Photos as youngsters and as adults.
Paternal great-grandparents: Amos Gorrell &
Catherine E Shotts. Photos as older adults.
Paternal great-grandparents: Frederick H Davey &
Matilda Wollenweber. One photo of young couple with children.
Maternal great-grandparents: Nils Malkom Nilsen &
Hulda Charlotte Anderson. Several photos of Nils as young man and one photo of
Hulda as older adult.
Maternal great-grandparents: Pehr Alfred Lundquist
& Mathilda L Eriksson. Several photos of them as adults & with
children.
The oldest photos might be the ones of John Tierney and wife, Ann
Murray. None from the Gleeson family album have dates.

I love your photos of John and Ann. About when were they taken?
ReplyDeleteI wish I knew. He was born in 1804 and she in 1813. They might have been taken in the 1870s or 80s. They are of my earliest ancestors, but not likely the oldest photos.
