  1. At least I'm not the only one missing information on my great-grandparents! And I notice you have clusters, like me. Four "out west", four in Texas.

    1. For some of the locations, the county will be the closest I get. For Nell, I'm just not sure if she was born in Comanche Co or somewhere else. I'd rather be vague than lead someone down the wrong path.

  2. I think Germany to Wyoming has to be the most extreme change of homes in SNGF this week. What a change in both scenery and life style, not to mention the miles traveled.

    1. After learning about his drinking problems, my guess that he kept on the move to start life anew in each new western place. The family's life was much better after he died.

  3. Carleton County caught my eye! So, somewhere in the Ottawa area - where I was born and raised...always cool to see these connections on trees from the US.

    1. Oh that's cool. The families lived in Nepean and Richmond, which I gather now is part of Ottawa.
